Biography

Pat Hughes specializes in creating innovative leadership training and facilitation processes.  A consultant, educator, program designer, volunteer and curriculum developer, Ms. Hughes is known for helping organizations identify and move toward preferred futures, designing community and organizational leadership programs, and using models to teach ethical decision making and gracious space.    Her work was recognized nationally through the National Preceptor Award from the National Association of Community Leadership (one of five national awards) and the Distinguished Leader Award from the Leadership Institute in Redmond, Washington.   Ms. Hughes has a master’s degree in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of New Hampshire.
