Talk description
Americans have a short attention span and we need to keep developing new ways to get people’s attention! The idea of Gross National Happiness seems to be catching on. Building on new research in the area of happiness, we can help people realize that our definition of success—more is better—not only is destroying the planet, but undermining people’s well being. In this gathering we’ll sketch out some of the exciting ideas of this new movement and talk about how it will help us in our work on sustainability.
