Join the Flow Campaign To do this, take a pledge (to yourself!) to do simple activities in a way and time that is graceful and adds happiness to your life. You can sign up here to receive the weekly newsletter and just be sure to select The Flow Campaign. This newsletter will have event updates, activities and a specific domain focus to help speed you on your way.
I willl do the following activities at my own pace to experience life more fully.
Material Wellbeing 1. Give away 3 things I don't use or need.
Environment 2. Let my car rest for one day out of the seven.
Governance 3. Read a section of a local neighborhood newspaper.
Psychological Wellbeing 4. Take a 45 minute walk around my neighborhood and smile at at least one person.
Health 5. Try a new type of exercise.
Time Balance 6. Have one day a week with no TV (includes TV or other entertainment from the internet).
Community Vitality 7. Find and participate in my local community’s website, blog, or nonprofit.
Cultural Vitality 8. Draw a picture, write a poem or sing a song.
Education 9. Read a nonfiction book or magazine.

Psychological Health Compassionate Action Network supports you in your project or inititaive - or you idea for one - to make the world a more compassionate place.
Time Balance Take Back Your TIme inspires you to take a day off, spend more time with you and live a balanced life.
Cultural Vitality Groud Up trains and empowers youth through urban ag. Join them on a Satureday and work in their garden. Community Vitality SCALLOPS encourages and supports Sustainable Communities ALL Over Puget Sound. Call 2 Caring is an local movement designed to connect and engage people and communities throughout King County in a community-wide dialogue about how to create a more compassionate culture.
Education Seattle Free School offers free opportunties to learn. Our Training Program offers free brownbags and fee classes where proceeds are split with the instructor.
